Kiki was super easy to work with for our trip to Cabo. She followed up in a timely manner on our accommodations as well as regularly reaching out to see if she could assist with outside activities/special needs and requests for the resort. She is an expert in the field of travel and we feel like our trip to Esperanza was perfect in large part to her involvement in our travel plans.
