We just spent two weeks in Naples, Florida for a multi-generation family trip and can’t say enough about this fun beach town!
The kids absolutely loved the beaches with soft white sand, minimal waves and plenty of sea shells. The weather was always in the 80’s and the evenings had the most beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of shopping around town with the Waterside Shops, Vinentian Village, The Mercado, 5th Ave and 3rd Street. The restaurant scene is always bustling and we recommend making dinner reservations well in advance. Our favorites were Campiello and Cafe Lurcat. We rented a boat from the Vinentian Village Marina and spent the morning looking at the beautiful homes along the water in Port Royal while dolphins followed us. The Naples Zoo was a big hit, especially the boat ride to Monkey Island and the camel ride. There is plenty to do for all ages and we certainly left wanting more!
